Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 10 July 2026  ·  Effective Date: 10 July 2026

Jack Attard Cassar ("I", "me", "my") thanks you for visiting this website. "You" and "your" mean you, the visitor. This privacy policy ("this policy") explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, who I share it with and why, and what I do to protect it. "Website" means this website and the pages linked from it.

You are not required to provide me with any personal information. If you don't wish to provide it, please don't fill out the form or booking calendar on this site. By using this Website, you agree that I may use and disclose your information as described in this policy.

Sources and Collection of Personal Information

Personal information generally means information that can be used to identify you (for example, your name, phone number, or email address). This Website is a simple, three-page enquiry and booking funnel — I only collect what's needed to respond to your enquiry and book a call.

Voluntarily submitted information:

  • Enquiry form (page 1): your name, phone number, and company name.
  • Booking calendar (page 2): your name and email address, submitted directly to Calendly to schedule a call.
  • Anything else you choose to tell me directly, e.g. by phone or email.

Providing this information is entirely your choice. If you don't want to provide it, please don't fill out the form or book a call — you can still browse the rest of the Website.

Automatically collected information:

When you visit this Website, I use a small number of third-party tools to understand traffic and measure whether the ads that brought you here are working. These tools may automatically collect: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how you arrived at the site (including ad click identifiers), and how long you spent here. See Tracking Technologies below for exactly which tools are used and why.

How I Use Your Personal Information

  • Responding to your enquiry: your name, phone number, and company name are used to contact you about the service and to book you onto a call.
  • Booking a call: your name and email address are used by Calendly to schedule, confirm, and remind you of your appointment.
  • Measuring ad performance: information collected via Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity is used to understand which ads led to a genuine enquiry or booking, and to improve this Website.
  • Legal and contractual obligations: to meet obligations under any contract we enter into, and to comply with applicable law.

I do not sell your personal information to third parties, and I do not use it for anything beyond what's described in this policy.

How I Disclose Your Personal Information

I share personal information only with the service providers needed to run this Website and book your call, and when required by law:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): to measure ad performance and improve ad delivery, via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
  • Google: via Google Analytics (GA4), to measure site traffic and ad performance.
  • Microsoft Clarity: to record and analyse how visitors use this Website (session recordings, heatmaps).
  • Calendly: to schedule and manage your booked call.
  • Google (Sheets/Apps Script): to store enquiry details internally so I can follow up with you.
  • Legally compelled disclosures: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfer: if this business, or its assets, are ever transferred, personal information may be included as part of that transfer.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone outside of the purposes listed above.

Data Retention

I retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you've booked, comply with legal or tax obligations, or protect against potential disputes. If you ask me to delete your information (see Your Choices), I will do so unless I'm required or permitted by law to keep it.

Your Choices

Depending on where you're located (including the UK, Ireland, and the wider EU), you may have the following rights over your personal information:

  • Right to erasure — to ask me to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to restrict processing — to ask me to limit how I use your information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to object — to object to my processing of your information, including for direct marketing.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your information in a portable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g. non-essential cookies), at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
  • Right to complain — to a supervisory authority: Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), or the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're based in the UK.

To exercise any of these rights, contact me using the details in Contacting Me below.
